Consensusia
How it works

Why one AI opinion
isn't enough to decide.

When you ask a single AI, you get a smooth answer. Consensusia forces debate between multiple AI advisors — whether you need to decide (Decision mode) or explore options (Brainstorm mode).

Before vs After

You ask ChatGPT
You consult 4 experts who debate each other
You get ONE smooth answer
You see tensions, risks, and trade-offs
No contradiction
A Contrarian attacks every assumption
Vague ideas, no prioritization
In Brainstorm: options ranked by impact / effort / risk
No clear verdict
In Decision: GO / NO-GO / Conditional + action plan

The committee

4 experts, 4 angles, zero complacency

Free and Pro: 4 advisors. Expert plan: add a 5th specialized expert to the committee.

C

CEO

Croissance & vision

Pousse à saisir les opportunités, exige un plan d'exécution réaliste. Défend la vitesse et le momentum.

F

CFO

Finances & runway

Traduit chaque option en impact cash. Refuse les paris non chiffrés et protège la trésorerie.

I

Investisseur

Two modes

Decision or Brainstorm — same committee, different output

The same committee (CEO, CFO, Investor, Contrarian) works in both modes. Pick based on whether you need to decide or explore.

Decision

Settle a high-stakes question

When to use
Hire, pivot, raise, launch, kill a project, choose between scenarios…
Flow
Structured rounds → named responses → synthesis with verdict.
You get
GO / NO-GO / Conditional · confidence % · risks · dissent · action plan

« Hire 2 sales reps or extend runway? »

Brainstorm

Explore options before committing

When to use
Acquisition, positioning, channels, product priorities, creative directions…
Flow
The committee generates options, challenges them, refines and prioritizes — no binary verdict.
You get
3–5 options (impact / effort / risk) · summary · next experiments to run

Interactions

Every statement has visible impact

Support

The agent backs another's position. Consensus builds.

Opposition

The agent challenges head-on. Productive tension, blind spots exposed.

Nuance

The agent refines, conditions, proposes compromise. Collective intelligence.

The process

From question to outcome in 5 steps

01

Pick your mode and ask your question

Decision: a sharp question with context (numbers, constraints, deadline). Brainstorm: an open problem to explore. The more you share, the sharper the committee.

02

The committee frames the debate

AI generates clarification questions tailored to your sector and mode. One-click answers. Context enriched effortlessly.

03

Agents take positions

Round 1 — Each advisor analyzes from their angle. In Decision: opening positions. In Brainstorm: ideas and angles of attack.

04

The debate heats up

Round 2 — Agents respond to each other by name. CFO challenges CEO. Investor nuances. Contrarian attacks. Same dynamic in both modes.

05

The synthesis lands

Decision mode: verdict (GO / NO-GO / Conditional), recommendation, risks, and action plan. Brainstorm mode: ranked options, summary, and concrete tests to run.

BYOK model

Your API keys, your full control

Consensusia doesn't host models. You bring your own API keys (BYOK) and each committee agent uses a different model to maximize perspective diversity.

Individual keys

Connect at least 2 providers below so the committee can diversify models:

OpenRouter

One key = access to all models. OpenRouter aggregates OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral and dozens of providers behind a single API. It's the easiest way to run your first debate.

One API key to manage
Instant access to GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mixtral…
Consensusia auto-assigns a different model to each agent
Pay-as-you-go, no per-provider subscription

How to set up: create an account on openrouter.ai, generate an API key, and paste it in Consensusia. That's it.

How your keys are used

1

You paste your API key (encrypted, never stored in plain text)

2

Consensusia assigns a different model to each committee agent

3

Each agent calls the API directly with YOUR key

4

You pay your provider per token — Consensusia takes nothing on top

Pricing & API

Estimate your API requests

Move the slider to see how many requests hit your key — and what that costs on OpenRouter (Consensusia doesn't bill for tokens).

1. Choose your committee level

2. How many debates per month?

4 / mo

API requests / debate

Security

Your keys are encrypted (AES-256) server-side. They never travel in plain text and are only used to call providers during a debate. You can delete them anytime.

The real difference

Why we built Consensusia

Founders make dozens of strategic decisions every week. Hire, pivot, invest, launch, kill. Every bad call costs months of work and thousands of euros.

Most use ChatGPT or Claude to « get advice ». The problem: a single AI never contradicts you. It gives the most probable answer, not the best one.

In a real boardroom, the CFO challenges the CEO. The investor brings comparables. The devil's advocate exposes blind spots. Structured confrontation produces better decisions.

Consensusia replicates this mechanism. Multiple AI experts debate your question, contradict each other, challenge assumptions, and converge on a clear verdict with an action plan.

This isn't a chatbot. It's a committee that pushes back on you so you can decide with clarity.
